P60 Pasta Extruder with Dual Mixers
The P60 is a commercial and semi-industrial pasta extruder built for high volume production of short and long pastas. Dual mixers allow for continuous production, extruding fresh pasta from the front hopper as the rear hopper mixes dough for the next batch, allowing the P60 to produce up to 60 kg per hour. The rear hopper automatically tilts for easy transfer of dough. Water cooling capabilities ensure the pasta extrudes consistently. A removable cooling fan helps remove moisture from freshly extruded pasta. Speed adjustable extrusion allows you to fine tune extrusion depending on the pasta shape being produced. Over 300 different pasta shapes and sizes available.
